Phonon trans without device?

Is it possible to implement phonon transmission spectra from a bulk configuration (like the T(e))?

No, according to the ATK Manual, the PhononTransmissionSpectrum only supports DeviceConfiguration, not BulkConfiguration; http://docs.quantumwise.com/manuals/Types/PhononTransmissionSpectrum/PhononTransmissionSpectrum.html
