postprocessing analysis

sir
I am analysing the effect of stone wales defect besides buckled CNT on its mechanical properties. I am unable to get stress,stresses factored, trajectory in .nc file. And also the png file regarding stress strain plot is also missing in project files.Please help me out.

Please provide the python script you have used, and any log-file that was generated.

You get an error when running the simulation, that's why the files do not show up.
The script you are using works only with VNL-versions 2015 and older.
For the 2016-version you have make a two tiny changes in the python file.
I have attached the fixed script.
