Static dielectric constant and High Frequency dielectric constant
«

Hello,
An anisotropic material has three components of real and imaginary parts(x.y.z) of the dielectric tensor in Optical spectrum .
1. How can i measure the static dielectric constant of the anisotopric material?
2. Similarly how can i measure the high frequency dielectric constant?

Do you mean how these can be experimentally measured? If so, you may google this kind of information, e.g., see
https://www.google.dk/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=measure+dielectric+constant&

or use OpticalSpectrum analysis in ATK to calculate it:

Good Morning,
more in general, how to calcualte with QW the dielectric constant vs. frequency, from microwave to optics, of a material ?
For example, how to re-obtain the Kubo-Drude formula for monolayer graphene ?
Tx

You may use the Optical Spectrum analysis object, see
https://docs.quantumwise.com/manuals/Types/OpticalSpectrum/OpticalSpectrum.html
and
https://docs.quantumwise.com/tutorials/optical/optical.html
