Type II Superlattice bandstructure

Dear All,

I want to calculate the electronic band structure of a type II superlattice made of InAs & GaSb. Is there any suitable plugin or any other ways to construct the device? kindly help as I am relatively new here.

You may need to use the Interface Builder in order to create superlattices, unless you already know exactly what the InAs - GaSb interface looks lie. We have a range of tutorials on building interfaces: http://docs.quantumwise.com/tutorials/interfaces.html
