How to create CdZnSe compound

Hello,

I want CdZnSe compound, how can I create it? I want to construct an alloy of such compound. Or if some other standard combination of such compound is already available in the database please let me know.

You can search the Internet for this compound, such as "American Mineralogist Crystal Structure Database", " Crystallography Open Database" or "springer material".

You can search the COD database directly from VNL, and from the 2017 version, you can also search the Materials Project database.
