First, I suggest updating the ATK to 2016.4 version, as I see that you are running ATK-2016.3. Second, update AddOn plugins, using AddOn Manager in the VNL, Help->AddOn Manager. If the issue is not resolved, report it to support@quantumwise.com, but specify the operating system you are using, and what are steps you did to get the error.

Dear sir
I have also simulated my structure on ATK 2016.4. However, I am getting same error. ATK 2016.4 is installed on CentOS Linux Operating System.
All the add-on are installed and updated....

the error is generated while running ivcurve_selfconsistent_configurations.nc file..

Thnaks

Dear meena,
could you give more details about exactly that error occurs? And the file(s) you use in VNL?
Thanks!
