Hello sir
Can we see temperature effect on spin transport using ATK?

The answer really depends on what you mean by the temperature effect.

In the simplest case, you may change the electron temperature of the electrodes to account for the change of the charge carrier distribution because of finite temperature.

If elastic electron-phonon scattering is important, you may adopt the special thermal displacement method, https://docs.quantumwise.com/manuals/Types/SpecialThermalDisplacement/SpecialThermalDisplacement.html.

The electron-phonon interaction can also be taken into account in a different way that would also include inelastic electron-phonon scattering, see the following tutorial https://docs.quantumwise.com/tutorials/inelastic_current_in_si_pn_junction/inelastic_current_in_si_pn_junction.html and the reference manual on the corresponding methods described at https://docs.quantumwise.com/manuals/Types/InelasticTransmissionSpectrum/InelasticTransmissionSpectrum.html.
