If band-structure has only straight lines by some brillouin zone. Is it correct or not?
but if i am using another brillouin zone then it comes zero band-gap.

If you did the calculation for a heterostructure, this band structure corresponds to the heterostructure.

There is not much to say about your band structure without seeing the actual python script with the structure of the system and the computational settings.
