Compatibility of older version results with new version

Dear Sir,

       Kindly tell me if I'll upgrade my older version (2008.10) of ATK-VNL to new version 2010.8 then can I use my older optimized structures as input for further calculations with new version?

The structures, in terms of coordinates etc, can certainly be moved over to the new version. There might be a little work involved in transferring them, but it's a small effort compared to the benefits of the new version, and we can help with the transition.
