I want to calculate the inelastic current in a FET device. How to scan the gate voltage? Thankyou!

Here is the tutorial on inelastic current calculations,
https://docs.quantumwise.com/tutorials/inelastic_current_in_si_pn_junction/inelastic_current_in_si_pn_junction.html
. These calculations are rather expensive, so you will have to do a set of individual calculations for different gate voltages.
